Welcome to our Los Angeles Flag Football!
In 1989, LA Flag Football was formed to promote the positive social and athletic enjoyment of American Flag Football, without discrimination. We're a community of Flag Footballers who work (and play) to eliminate prejudice, bullying and discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBTQ+) individuals.
As LA's premiere flag football league, our mission is to increase visibility of LGBTQ+ and ally athletes through competitions, in a supportive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals, to improve fundamental athletic skills through our instructive skills camps, league play and partnerships with local and national LGBTQ+ sports. We welcome allies and friends to join us on & off the field to build and create a more inclusive community
